I. Lapshin. The Church is characterized by an abundance of architectural details and decorations, brightly painted outside and inside.<\/p>\n
The Church was built in the Russian style, and the architect lavishly decorated it with various sizes of kokoshniks, capitals and columns. The light drum is a pyramid with a small Golden dome. In the temple, the wall depicts the Sinai mountains, the monastery of Saint Catherine, and ancient Jerusalem.<\/p>\n
The Church of Saint Catherine is a striking example of Russian architecture, it is built in the architectural traditions of the 17th<\/sup> century.
